fix(blog): replace IApplicationUser Author with concrete BlogPostAuthorDto
System.Text.Json cannot materialise an interface without a
polymorphic converter. Until this commit, BlogPostDto.Author
was typed as the abstract interface IApplicationUser, which
crashed the "load posts" call in PostIt whenever the server
returned a post with a populated Author object (the common
case — GET /api/BlogApi).

Fix:

* Introduce a minimum-viable wire DTO BlogPostAuthorDto in
  Yavsc.Abstract.Blogspot (record: Id, UserName, Avatar).
  These are the only fields the client UI actually needs;
  the server-side ApplicationUser navigation is preserved
  for permission checks and authorisation.
* Change IBlogPost.Author and BlogPostDto.Author from
  IApplicationUser to BlogPostAuthorDto? (interface change,
  breaking). The EF entity BlogPost keeps its full
  ApplicationUser navigation property and exposes
  IBlogPost.Author via an explicit interface implementation
  that projects to BlogPostAuthorDto on demand (so EF can
  still lazy-load the navigation without forcing an eager
  join on every read).
* Restore the using directive that was accidentally removed
  when the BlogPostDto property was rewritten (needed for
  ICircleAuthorization in GetACL()).

Regression coverage (the missing test Paul flagged):

* Add BlogPostAuthorDtoTests in PostIt.Tests with four
  scenarios that exercise the wire shape on the client side:
  - A BlogPostDto JSON with a populated Author round-trips
    through JsonSerializer without throwing and the three
    fields (Id, UserName, Avatar) survive intact.
  - A BlogPostDto JSON with explicit "author": null
    deserialises with Author == null.
  - A BlogPostDto JSON without any Author field at all
    deserialises with Author == null (forward compat).
  - The serialised shape of BlogPostAuthorDto uses camelCase
    property names (matching the server's Web defaults), so
    the field names on the wire don't drift without a test
    catching it.

Tests: 55/55 PostIt.Tests (+4 new), 24/24 Yavsc.Blogs.Tests,
44/44 Yavsc.Org.Tests. No regressions.

Side note: yavsc.sln picks up Yavsc.Api.Client (added by
'feat/postit-acl' in 1.0.7 but never registered in the
solution file until now — probably auto-added by a recent
'dotnet build' that discovered the .csproj).

8c38bab45a feat(tests): scaffold Yavsc.Blogs.Tests with BlogsWebServerFixture
Adds the test project that the next commit will use to assert the
blog API endpoints. The fixture inherits from the shared
WebHostFixture (commit "refactor: extract WebHostFixture…") and
wires up only the bits the blog API needs:

* In-memory ApplicationDbContext — BlogSpotService is used as-is,
  no mock. The first tests will exercise the real service against
  an empty table.
* Trivial IFileSystemAuthManager stub (the GET index path never
  reads the file system).
* TestAuthPolicyProvider swapped in, so X-Test-Role satisfies
  [Authorize("BlogScope")].

Two smoke tests verify the fixture boots and the controller
pipeline is reachable. The first behavioural test
(GET /api/v1/blog → 200) lands in the next commit.

Also promotes two xunit.v3.* package versions to the root
Directory.Packages.props so future test projects can share them.

22b397ce7e Relocate test project: test/yavscTests -> src/Yavsc.Org.Tests
Move the integration test project from the top-level test/ directory into
src/ alongside the projects it tests. Rename the project (and folder) to
Yavsc.Org.Tests to match .NET conventions and reflect that it tests the
Org runtime primarily.

Path changes:
- test/yavscTests/yavscTests.csproj -> src/Yavsc.Org.Tests/Yavsc.Org.Tests.csproj
- All .cs / .json / .resx files moved to their new location
- PostItViewModelTests moved out to the dedicated src/PostIt.Tests project
  (it was unrelated to Org testing)

Build adjustments:
- <ProjectReference> paths shortened (..\..\src\X -> ..\X)
- PostIt project reference removed (covered by its own test project)
- <OutputType>exe added (required by xunit.v3)
- xunit.v3.common and xunit.v3.extensibility.core added to package versions

Solution + sln:
- yavsc.sln Project Name updated to 'Yavsc.Org.Tests' and path updated
- GUID preserved so existing build configs stay valid

Static web assets:
- The CopyStaticWebAssetsManifest target was hard-coding the destination
  filename to 'testhost.staticwebassets.endpoints.json', which worked
  when the assembly was named 'yavscTests'. Now that the assembly name
  is 'Yavsc.Org.Tests', ASP.NET Core's MapStaticAssets() looks for
  'Yavsc.Org.Tests.staticwebassets.endpoints.json' (entry-assembly-based
  resolution). Use $(MSBuildProjectName) so the copy target stays
  correct under any future rename.
