Refactorisation de l'initialisation du workflow.

* Manager.cs: implémente la fonction de construction des
  fournisseurs définis par une interface (sans type, ni concret, ni
  abstrait, comme ceux du workflow).

* WorkFlowManager.cs: refactorisation: utiliser le code commun pour
  instancier le fournisseur de données.
